small room limited selection
The room was smaller than expected, a real squeeze. i also wasn't impressed with the breakfast setup. It felt a bit disorganised, not what i had hoped for. the food itself was okay, though the selection was quite limited!

the location was superb. it was a short walk to the bus station and the city center. the owners provided helpful directions. breakfast included various delicious options. the water view from the back was beautiful.
the price seemed a little high for such a small room, i felt.

the accommodation offered convenient parking. it was a short walk to the town center, about ten minutes. i found the location ideal to explore by foot. i especially liked the availability of car parking, very useful.
my room was located near the kitchen, so i heard noises early in the morning.

outdated bathroom rust on fixtures
the location was acceptable, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the room i received. it did not match the photos i saw when i booked it. the bathroom seemed quite outdated. I noticed some rust on the fixtures.

the check-in process was efficient. the breakfast offered a good variety of options like pastries and cereals. i found the provision of complimentary toiletries to be a nice touch. everything was clean and tidy .
the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in the evenings

sean was quite a host i must say the location allows quick access to the city center the pubs are close too breakfast was a good experience and included coffee available all day the room had fresh air from the windows
